Conditions of Use

By opening or using patmosoutreach.org or patmosoutreach.com you agree to these conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site — you are still welcome to worship with us in person or by phone.

We may update these conditions. The date at the top of this page shows the version you are reading.

Patmos Outreach Ministries is a church in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our address is 1441 NW 29th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311. We gather on Sundays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and stream our services online.

• Read, watch and listen to what we publish for your own personal use, or to share with your family and your church group.
• Print or save a sermon note, a Bible verse or an event flyer for personal or church use, keeping the church's name with it.
• Tell other people about us: send the link, post it on your own social media, or invite a friend to come on a Sunday.
• Use the prayer request and donation forms, and contact us by email or phone.

• Sell, re-publish or claim as your own our sermons, worship recordings, photos, videos or written material without our written permission.
• Record or re-stream a live service and pass it on as your own broadcast.
• Use our name, logo or wording in a way that makes people think you are us, or that our leaders endorse you.
• Send automated requests to the site, copy its code or design, or collect the details other people have left us.
• Use the forms to send spam, abuse, threats, or someone else's personal information without their knowledge.
• Upload anything that damages or interferes with the site, such as a virus or a script that breaks it for other visitors.

The name "Patmos Outreach Ministries", our dove logo and our tagline "Reaching Hearts · Changing Lives" belong to the church. You may use them to talk about us kindly and truthfully. For anything else — a merchandise run, a partner campaign, a reprint — email Info@patmosoutreach.org and ask first.

• Card giving on this site is processed by Tithe.ly. Your card details go to them, not to us. Zelle and Cash App transfers go straight from your own bank or app to ours.
• We never ask for a card number, an online-banking password or a one-time code through this website, and no one from our church will ever ask you for one.
• Giving is always voluntary. Once a payment has been processed by the company that handled it, we cannot undo it — we will help you ask that company for a refund where their rules allow it.
• Gifts to the church are tax-deductible in the United States. Email us for a receipt and we will send one.

When you send a prayer request it reaches us through your own email app, so please only include what you are happy to have in an email. We read requests and pray for them, and we will follow up when you ask us to.

A prayer request is not a counsellor, a doctor, a lawyer or an emergency service, and we cannot promise a reply time. If someone is in danger or needs urgent help, call 911 or your local emergency number first.

You may ask for your request to be kept private to the prayer team. Say so in the form and we will honour it.

Our live stream, video list and Facebook timeline are played by YouTube and Facebook from their own servers. They decide whether a broadcast is available, and they apply their own terms and privacy practices to anyone who watches there.

This site links to or loads material from Tithe.ly, Zelle, Cash App, Google (ads, maps, fonts), YouTube, Facebook and BibleGateway. Each has its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for what they do, what they charge, or the pages you reach through a link.

We try to keep service times, the address, the phone number and everything else on this site correct, but details can change between one Sunday and the next. The site is offered "as is" and "as available" — we do not promise that it will always work, that it will be error-free, or that it will suit your purpose. Please check by phone before travelling a long way.

So far as Florida law allows, Patmos Outreach Ministries and its leaders are not liable for loss or damage that comes from using or being unable to use this website, including anything caused by a third party such as a payment company or a video player. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and who we share it with. Where the law requires it, we ask before loading ads, the video players and the map; everywhere else those services load by default and you can switch them off with the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

We may change these conditions as the site grows. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be mentioned on the website so regular visitors can see them.

These conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
